Mining the Collection is lecture series where museum curators take an in-depth look at fascinating, often puzzling, objects in their collections. Gerhard Lutz, Robert P. Bergman Curator of Medieval Art at The Cleveland Museum of Art, and Elina Gertsman, Professor of Art History at Case Western Reserve University, will present two fascinating sculptures from Cleveland’s collection.
